AT HOME PERSONAL TRAINING

One on one training for 60 minutes. I will travel to your home, and provide you with a total body workout. Cost includes travel time, equipment and gas. (Must be within 10 miles) If further than 15 miles, there will be an additional charge.

Fitness Consulting and Nutrition Coaching

$1,200/3 Months

Includes weekly check- ins and an accountability partner (ME!) You will receive guidance on nutrition, a weekly workout schedule and information on how to best support your body and it’s needs.

Nutrition coaching

$100/ Hour

One Hour Session

During our one hour session, we will discuss food and it’s impact on the body. Food is a giant factor when it comes to achieving your fitness goals. It will be my job to educate my clients about healthy eating habits, and create an impactful, positive and safe relationship with food.

Please note: I will refer you if you are wanting a dietitian that will work directly with your doctor.

Monthly Package (30 days): $375

One 30 minute consultation

• During the initial consultation I will provide a judgement free zone and help my clients pinpoint where they face challenges in their food journey. As a team, we will then discuss healthy food choices and how to implement those choices into their daily lives.

Two 30 minute weekly check-ins (8/total/month)

•During a weekly check-in, we will discuss your food choices, and see if we are staying on track with our goals, or if we need to re-evaluate our plan.
